At CHI, the largest HCI conference, former PhD student Jie Cai and Dr. Wohn received an honorable mention award for a paper on conflict management strategies among volunteer content moderators on Twitch. Azadeh Naderi and Dr. Wohn also had a poster/ late-breaking work about passive and active media use of BTS fans.
